P & L Stables was very well represented at this week-end's Schooling Show held at Silver Sands Stable in New Smyrna. The rain held off but the winds were strong.... but not strong enough to blow any of our riders off course as evidenced by the many ribbons taken home by the team. Participants included Grace, Maddie, Anjolie Sydney, Emma, Aubry, Isabella and Sophy. Emma and Bell were amazing Grooms helping Pam and Liz and all riders look their best as they entered the ring. Congratulations go out to all 8 riders for a great job. A special shout out to Isabella who graduated from lead line to a solo ride in the Walk trot Equ 9 and under and Walk trot hunter 9 and under (and her mother at the rail who didn't faint!) A HUGE shout out to you all for a job well done. Remember, when you're at P & L, you're part of the family!!!

P&L Stables received help from 38 University of Delaware student volunteers who partnered with the National Relief Network to assist in the disaster relief efforts in Flagler County related to the recent hurricanes. The group spent March 26-29 repairing fences and cleaning the grounds at the stable located at 390 Sawgrass Rd, Bunnell.

"They worked diligently repairing fences, removing fallen trees, clearing brush all with focus, dedication and positive attitude,” P&L Stables Owner Pam Stolsworth said in a press release.
